FIRST MEETING

We like to meet our clients and gain an in depth knowledge of what they are hoping to achieve. Whether they are looking for clean modern office or a more classic feel.  Whether work will be undertaken on a new site or will take place around staff in situ.

 

THE DESIGN & SPECIFICATION PROCESS

Once we have an understanding of your requirements and budget, we will be able to put together proposals for your consideration, prepare AutoCAD plans and, where appropriate our designer will prepare mood boards showing proposed colour schemes and images of the products we are putting forward.

MOVING AHEAD

If you decide you want to go ahead with us, we will finalise all of the designs and specifications, so that you know exactly what we are doing and confirm all of the proposed works conform with the Local Building Control regulations.

We will prepare the Health & Safety documentation to conform to CDM Regulations 2007, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements and, where necessary inform the local Health & Safety Executive of the commencement of work.

 

GETTING THE WORK DONE

Once you have agreed to proceed works will commence, with day to day contact being through our Project Manager, Site Foreman or office.

 

 

HANDOVER

Once the project is completed, we will carry out a Practical Completion and confirm with yourselves everything is to your satisfaction. Hand over will take place and you will be supplied with a Health & Safety Manual complete with as built drawings and maintenance details for the products installed.

 

All that is left now is to show off your new offices to your staff and clients

Our work is never finished.
